http://clockworksymphony.com Finally a game that's not a generic feast of magical powers as it's only means of success... at least I'm hoping. Neo Steam didn't seem very steam punk to me. I mean, just because you have a zeppelin and a few things made out of pipe sitting around doesn't mean those magical blue and pink haired chibi anime people spinning around and throwing out magical spells and sending their little weird looking magical mascots out to hit things are any more steampunk. This game, though, even though they haven't even posted any 3D renders... is more steampunk than that crap. I find it very promising when there's a picture of a bicycle in the concept art.
